We strive to maintain an accurate stock count on our website, but occasionally there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will fulfill the available products for you and contact you to ask if you prefer to wait for the out-of-stock item to become available again or if you prefer a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the customer's location. Shipping payment will be collected along with the purchase. This price will be the final shipping cost for the customer.

4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Transit Time
Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 to 7 days.
4.2 International Transit Time
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 to 22 days. This varies considerably depending on the courier service you have selected. We can offer a more specific estimate when you choose your courier service at checkout.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days after payment of the order, except when out of stock. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take measures to ensure shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

For delivery address change requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
4.5 Shipping to PO Boxes
Laura Cantú Jewelry will ship to PO Box addresses only using postal services. We cannot offer courier services to these locations.

We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We cannot offer this service using courier services.

If an item is out of stock, we will ship the in-stock items immediately and ship the remaining items once they become available again.

6. Packages Damaged in Transit
If you find a package damaged in transit, if possible, please refuse the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package has been delivered without your presence, contact customer service for the next steps.
7. Taxes and Duties

7.2 Import Taxes and Duties
Import taxes and duties for international shipments may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and we recommend you be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay taxes and duties upon arrival in your destination country, the goods will be returned to Laura Cantú Jewelry at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the paid goods, minus the cost of return shipping. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
