Since we handcraft each personalized piece, its process of elaboration make take up to 15 days. There is no exchange or refund on personalized jewelry pieces.

Clean your jewelry with a neutral soap and cold water, immediately dry it up with a soft clean polishing cloth to prevent tarnishing. We recommend to keep your pieces in dry places and removing your pieces when: swimming, washing your hands, exercising, or applying on any products like perfume, hair spray, or lotion to ensure the longevity of your jewelry and protect plating. Note: tarnishing may also be caused by the skin’s natural pH level.
